The control system of the automotive motor production line is the basis for the normal operation of the entire production line. From the current introduction, development, and application of the automotive motor production line control system, most of them adopt a centralized production-controlled automated production line method. In view of the status quo of automotive motor production lines, the author proposes and researches and designs a process control and optimization control system for reconfigurable production lines of automotive motors based on the configuration principle. The system is based on the configuration principle for system design and planning, and the configuration control software for configuration and design is The core, combined with the development of the workshop job scheduling module, can be based on the production needs of the rapid conversion of the production site, by the technical staff, convenient and flexible re-composition of a specific type of motor production control methods, and reduce the system due to reorganization of the oblique Rise time to meet the production requirements of multiple product line and variable batch production.

Configuration Principle is a principle that can change its own physical or logical organizational form according to the different objects. The configuration principle has appeared and applied in the preparation of computer software. The design concept of the control system based on the configuration principle is Taking computer software as the core and combining the corresponding hardware devices, the choice of hardware covers almost all possible hardware devices on the current production line. The control method based on the configuration principle is one of the main directions of current control system software development, such as Foreign Labview, IFix and WinCC, domestic MGES and Kingview are all typical configuration control software.

Based on the configuration principle, the control system is applied to the production line of automobile motors. It can realize the replacement, adjustment and expansion of the motor production line equipment and its processing auxiliary equipment according to market changes to form new production capabilities and production functions, and determine the adjustable groups on the motor production line. After Yuan, according to a certain adjustment, optimization strategy to achieve configuration control, configuration control method to break the traditional rigid / flexible production line control mode, the user can customize the specific control status, adjust the configuration and upgrade components, greatly enhance The reorganization of the system.

The process monitoring and optimization control system of automotive motor production line mainly consists of two parts: the configuration control software module and the job shop scheduling scheduling module.

.2. Configuration Control Software Module

The system configuration configuration is the key to the motor reconfigurable production line control system. The user configures a specific product-specific control system through the configuration control software module according to different types of automotive motor production requirements. The configuration adjustment can include: system equipment Selection, component selection, processing parameter selection, and acquisition data selection are as follows:
